Humboldt Includes is derived the the <Area> Includes
protical as authored by an individual with autism
and is an inspirational community
outreach campaign that seek to partner with
businesses of all sizes in Humboldt County. By
sponsoring transitional skills development not only
are businesses increasing the diversity that
comprises the mainstream community, quality of life
of individuals with autism and other developmental
disabilities and increasing independence but they
may be helping to make ground breaking social change. Agencies provide
support staff and as well as contracted employment
circumstances to make the whole process as easy as
it can be to sponsors.

C.I is accepting on it's waiting list resume
submissions and at times agencies we work with are
seeking new employees. Volunteers and employees are
compensated for miles at government regulated rates.
Applicants should be desiring social service
training and have experience in at least one of the
following fields.
1.
Business
2. Social Networking
3. Arts & Crafts
4. Retail
5. Manufacturing
6. Accounting
7. Teaching or Tutoring
8. Social Services
9. You are an individual with disabilities.
10.
Transitional high school youth.
All applicants are required to have a federal background
check and finger printing. Mandatory training such
as CPR
certification, first
aid certification, client
rights and dignities, sexual
harassment reporting and service
protocol.
Three month trial employment with written exams. If
you are discouraged that you may fail then
you are likely a good employee.
C.I will pay higher then average hourly wages and
employees are expected to conduct themselves
professionally. C.I is setting a new standard but
will have fun in the process. Employees are required
to follow the rules voted in by individuals with
developmental disabilities so as long as they do not
conflict with mandates. You are hired to help in a
way that assists in the prosperity of participants.
